Demitri Blash-Lopez: Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There will be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed and not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. I began personal training at the age of 18, but my passion for fitness started 5 years prior. Along with weight training I have participated in a variety of sports and also coached wrestling for a period of time. In the past year of 2020, my dad George and I took the step into opening our first gym and this app is only our next step. I have been helping clients from the Boulder County area with their fitness goals since 2016. I hold personal training certifications from ISSA and AFAA, a nutrition certification from ISSA, as well as a bachelors degree in human development with a minor in biology. Continuing to expand my knowledge in the fitness world and human body is something that I believe is important and understanding and assisting my clients. I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your fitness goals! George Lopez: As a Personal Trainer, I feel that it is my responsibility to do everything it takes to make sure my clients are successful. To me this is not a job, it is an opportunity to help people better their lives. Whether this betterment comes from increasing self-confidence, adopting healthy lifestyle choices, or from the physical transformation they see in their bodies.
